- Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located on the ground floor in the International Conference Center. We will ask you the name of hotel that you stay in and the number of nights. Please keep your luggage, because there is no cloakroom. - Coffee Break
We have Coffee Breaks at the lounge on the 3rd floor in the International Conference Center. Please move to the International Conference Center to have a coffee break. We will prepare a limited number of Onigiri (rice balls) in the evening.
