JSAI2019 registration starts from March 4 (Monday), 2019.
Click the following button and make registration using Confit, JSAI2019’s online registration system, which is the common system for paper submission. You can choose bank transfer or credit card for the payment. However, only credit card option is available after 5pm JST on April 24.
After completing your registration, Confit sends you an e-mail message for confirming your registration. The message includes information for you to login Confit again. Keep the message until you will receive the registration certificate.
Registration fee for participation
Registration fees for participating in JSAI2019 are shown in the following table. The fee of early-bird registration is less expensive than that of late or on-site registration. The reception desk at the conference for on-site registration is predicted to be very crowded with people. We suggest that you should finish your registration and the payment in advance.

*1: This option is available for participants who belong to support member companies of JSAI but do not submit their paper to this conference. We offer the same price as a regular member’s up to five people of the support member company per one contribution unit. If you would receive this discount service, you must bring the complimentary ticket yourself to the venue and pass it to the staff at the reception desk there. In February JSAI2019 office will send the tickets for this discount to the journal delivery address of each support member, whose membership should be valid on January 31.
*2: If you are going to become a JSAI member to participate in this conference as the member, you need to complete the membership application and the payment of membership fee by the end of April, 2019. Unless your membership application is in time for this day, please participate in this conference as non-member. From January, 2019, we are accepting application for the membership of 2019 fiscal year (April 1, 2019 – March 31, 2020).
Pre-registration period (Online registration and payment)
March 4 (Monday) ～ 6pm JST on May 22 (Wednesday), 2019
Early bird pre-registration period ends at 6pm JST on April 24 (Wednesday). At around the end of May we plan to send the registration certificate by e-mail to all applicants whose payment we have confirmed. So complete the transfer before May 18 in case of bank transfer, or complete the payment before May 22 in case of credit card for pre-registration. Your registration is completed when we confirms your payment. You can cancel your application before the payment, but after completing the payment you cannot refund it in principle.
After pre-registration (On-site registration and payment)
Only on-site registration at the venue is possible after the pre-registration period.
PDF download of your account bill and receipt in Japanese
You can download your account bill PDF around one week after your registration application, and your receipt PDF around one week after your payment confirmed by the office. You can see how to download them by logging on Confit. Please download them if necessary. We also plan to prepare paper receipts at the conference desk, so you can also get yours there.

Support for your Visa application
People of some countries need Visa application to enter Japan. After we have confirmed your registration and payment, we can make documents including a letter of guarantee and an invitation letter necessary for your Visa application according to your request.
If you need these documents, please fill in this form and submit it before 8:00 am JST on April 18, 2019. Note that we could handle applications which reach us only before the deadline and also you need to make the payment before sending the request. We make the documents based on the received form. So please fill in all the blanks correctly. We are going to send the documents to you by air mail. Unless they will have reached you by the middle of May, please contact the office by e-mail.
