Through an analysis of the log of job-hunting processes by university students, we have found that their introspection via reviewing the log sometimes helps them discover themselves. Then we have constructed a system called PLASIU to support the creative decision-making in job-hunting based on the observations in actual job-hunting activities. This paper describes the overview of our system PLASIU and findings fron our user studies using PLASIU.
