WiFi is available only for presenters and chairpersons. The SSID is different for each session room, so ask it to the session room&#8217;s staff. Do not share the WiFi information with others, because it will make your PC difficult to connect to the Internet.<\/li>\n<li>In your presentation turn, go up to the podium, share slides, and start your talk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the presentation, turn on the camera, turn off the speakers, and mute the microphone of your PC.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"speakers_os2\" id=\"speakers_os2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01s mt60\">1)-2 For online presenters<\/h3>\n<p class=\"mg_off\">Connect to Zoom from your own PC.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirm whether you have enough internet access.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the connection to a Zoom meeting or webinar of the lecture you are presenting. <span class=\"\">*<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"\">*<\/span> You can join Zoom from a web browser, but the functions are limited. We recommend you should use Zoom client application.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/download#client_4meeting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/download#client_4meeting<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ttl02\">Presentation flow<\/h4>\n<div class=\"flow mb40\">\n<p>Enter Zoom 15 minutes before the session starts.<\/p>\n<div class=\"triangle\"><\/div>\n<p>Rename your username.<\/p>\n<div class=\"triangle\"><\/div>\n<p>Share your screen and start your talk<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"mb20\">\n<li>Enter the room at the latest 15 minutes before the session starts.<\/li>\n<li>Rename your username when you enter the room, e.g. if the presentation ID is 1F3-GS-10-02  &rarr; 02:Taro Yamada<\/li>\n<li>When the chairperson calls for your presentation, share your slides and start your presentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"ttl02\">How to access the paper PDF and Zoom<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The paper PDFs and the Zoom URLa will be posted <a href=\"https:\/\/pub.confit.atlas.jp\/en\/event\/jsai2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">on the program viewing site<\/a> after May 22.<\/li>\n<li>The access information of the program viewing site will be notified to the registered participants by e-mail to the &#8220;Your account for web program site&#8221;, which will be sent after May 21, from noreply.confit@atlas.jp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"speakers_poster\" id=\"speakers_poster\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01 mt60\">2) For presenters of poster sessions<\/h3>\n<p>All poster sessions will be held on-site, and there will be no online presentations.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ttl02\">About uploading poster PDFs<\/h4>\n<p class=\"mg_off\">In addition to the paper poster to be displayed at the local booth, could you submit a poster PDF for online participants in advance.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bold\">[ How to upload ]<\/span><br \/>\nPresenters (not applicants) should upload the file from &#8220;My Menu&#8221; &rarr; &#8220;Your Related Presentations&#8221; &rarr; &#8220;Register Additional Presenter Information\u201d at <a href=\"https:\/\/pub.confit.atlas.jp\/en\/event\/jsai2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the program viewing site<\/a> and set it to be made public. The login ID and password for the web program site will be notified to the registered participants in the &#8220;Your account for web program site&#8221; e-mail that will be sent after May 21, from noreply.confit@atlas.jp.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bold\">[ Upload period ]<\/span><br \/>\nStart: <span class=\"red\">May 25, 2026<\/span><br \/>\nIf the web program site requires authentication, find your account and password in an e-mail, the &#8220;your account for program site&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mg_off\"><span class=\"bold\">[ Copyright and precautions related to it ]<\/span><br \/>\nAlthough the copyright of the contents belongs to the presenter, and it is not transferred to the society, please just give permission to the society to display them on the program viewing site.
