WiFi is available only for presenters and chairpersons. The SSID is different for each session room, so ask it to the session room&#8217;s staff. Do not share the WiFi information with others, because it will make your PC difficult to connect to the Internet.<\/li>\n<li>In your presentation turn, go up to the podium, connect your PC to the Internet line of the podium, share slides, and start your talk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the presentation, turn on the camera, turn off the speakers, and mute the microphone.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"speakers_os2\" id=\"speakers_os2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl01s mt60\">1)-2 For online presenters<\/h3>\n<p class=\"mg_off\">Connect to Zoom from your own PC.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirm whether you have enough internet access.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the connection to a Zoom meeting or webinar of the lecture you are presenting. <span class=\"\">*<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"\">*<\/span> You can join Zoom from a web browser, but the functions are limited. Other formats are supported on the registration site, but the horizontal format is preferable when viewing on a PC, so we ask for your cooperation.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bold\">[ How to upload ]<\/span><br \/>\nPresenters (not applicants) should upload the file from &quot;My Menu&quot; &rarr; &quot;Your Related Presentations&quot; &rarr; &quot;Register Additional Presenter Information&#8221; on <a href=\"https:\/\/confit.atlas.jp\/guide\/event\/jsai2025\/top\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the program viewing site<\/a> and set it to be made public.
