No Show policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

JSAI-isAI2016 enforces a “No Show” policy.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for JSAI-isAI2016 by the camera-ready deadline.<\/li>\n
  2. The accepted paper must be presented at the workshop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Papers with no author registration by the camera-ready deadline may not be included in the JSAI-isAI2016 proceedings.<\/p>\n

    Registration & information desk<\/h3>\n

    The on site registration and information desk will be located on the 1st floor in Hiyoshi Raiosha-building<\/b>.
    \nRegistration Desk Open Hours : 8:30 a.m. – 17:30 p.m.
    \nNote<\/span> : The attendance at the workshop not only in Raihosha-building, but in Sosokan-building is required to check-in and pick up your name tag at the registration desk.<\/p>\n

    Location\/Travel<\/h3>\n

    JSAI-isAI2016 will be held at Keio University, Kanagawa.
    \nAll the workshops will take place at Raiosha-building and Sosokan-building.
    \nKeio University is located at Yokohama-city, Kanagawa.

    We do not provide official hotels for JSAI-isAI2015 workshops. Keio University
    \nis easy to access from downtown Yokohama. You can find many reasonable
    \nhotels around there. Please see the following link for more local information.<\/p>\n
