{"id":1008848,"date":"2018-11-05T18:18:26","date_gmt":"2018-11-05T09:18:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ai-gakkai.or.jp\/en\/?page_id=1008848"},"modified":"2025-01-31T15:29:27","modified_gmt":"2025-01-31T06:29:27","slug":"permanent_membership","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ai-gakkai.or.jp\/en\/about\/about-us\/notice\/permanent_membership\/","title":{"rendered":"Long-term member system"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We made a system for long-term members who had been contributing to JSAI as the member so that we would thank them and would let them continue participating in JSAI.<br \/>\nA regular member aged 65 and over, who has been the member for not less than 20 years, could apply for this long-term member.<br \/>\nAfter the application is acknowledged by JSAI board meeting, his\/her annual membership fee will be exempted for half amount from the next fiscal year.<br \/>\nAlso his\/her name will be carried in the announcement of JSAI journal.<br \/>\nYou can apply for the long-term member as follows.<\/p>\n<h4>Application method:<\/h4>\n<p>Send the following information to the office shown bellow by e-mail, fax, or postal mail.<br \/>\nNote that the application by telephone cannot be accepted.\n<\/p>\n<p>The applications, which have been received by November 30th in every year, are reviewed and acknowledged by JSAI board meeting. <br \/>\nThe annual membership fees for acknowledged members are exempted from the next fiscal year.\n<\/p>\n<h4>Necessary information in your message:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"list-style:none;\">\n<li>1. Your membership number<\/li>\n<li>2. Your name<\/li>\n<li>3. Your membership category<\/li>\n<li>4. Your age on April 1st in the next year<\/li>\n<li>5. Your contact details (postal address, telephone number, e-mail address)<\/li>\n<li>6. The subject of the message should be &#8220;application for long-term member.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>7.
