Registration

Japanese (Registration)

This conference will be held online in response to COVID-19.
The early and late pre-registration deadline were changed to 6 pm JST on May 8 (Fri) and 6 pm on May 22 (Fri), respectively. Note that the on-site registration will not be available.

Registration application

Click the following button and make registration using Confit, JSAI2020’s online registration system, which is the same system for paper submission. You can choose bank transfer or credit card as the payment method. However, only credit card option is available after 5pm JST on Friday, April 24.

Registration site

After completing your registration application, Confit sends you an e-mail message for confirming your registration. The message includes your login information to login Confit again. Keep the message until you will receive your admission ticket.
If you register same email address which is used in another account, we could not send you the ticket. Please register different email address in each account.
In case that the number of applicants exceeds 2,500, there is a possibility that we might close the online registration before the deadline or we might decline or limit the on-site registration. We recommend making early pre-registration.

About response to COVID-19:
We are preparing to hold JSAI2020, but depending on the status of the spread of infection in the future, we may cancel the holding or change the holding method. If the event is held, we will take measures to prevent infection with the support of specialized medical institutions.

Registration fee for participation

Registration fees for participating in JSAI2020 are shown in the following table. The fee of early pre-registration is less expensive than that of late or on-site registration. The reception desk at the conference for on-site registration is predicted to be very crowded with people. We suggest that you should finish your registration and the payment in advance.
All applicants who submitted their paper to this conference should login Confit for their participation registration using the same login ID with that of the paper submission. Otherwise, the registration and payment of submission’s account could not be confirmed. Also we ask them to make the payment by Friday, May 8. There is a possibility that their submission might be cancelled, unless we can confirm their payment at that time.
